Government Communication of the Regional House of Representatives in the Process of Formulating Regional Regulations in Indonesia

The Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) is a legislative body representing the votes vast majority populace, and its members are answerable to it. Legislature have duties, responsibilities, rights that must be carried out at work. However, DPRD encounters several issues make carrying these duties difficult. This study's objectives include examining Government Communication regarding formulation regional regulations in Indonesia, challenges faced by converting draft (Raperda) into (Perda), DPRD's model for formulating policy Indonesia. In this work, qualitative research combined with an empirical legal methodology. Under natural circumstances, data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies. study concludes government communication Raperda DKI Jakarta Provincial follows Prudential Principle or done extreme caution. use precautionary principle can compared Dunn's idea forecasting, namely projection. Discussions around developing proposed rules almost always involve issues. Since political influence crucial, all efforts will made vein.
